2. Nature of Service

Conypay is a procurement intermediary service. We purchase products from third-party online retailers on behalf of users, using funds that users provide. We are not a financial institution, cryptocurrency exchange, investment platform, or gambling service. We do not provide financial advice or guarantee any financial outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services.

4. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Order Process

When you submit an order, you authorize us to act as your purchasing agent for the specified product. We will provide a quote including all costs. By paying the quote, you confirm your order and authorize us to purchase the product on your behalf. Once purchased, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Payments & Wallet

All payments are made from your Conypay wallet using USDT. You are responsible for ensuring your wallet has sufficient balance before approving a quote. Wallet funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to platform limits.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading product URLs or information
• Attempt to order prohibited, restricted, or illegal goods
• Abuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

Conypay's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for delays, customs issues, retailer errors, or any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
