Conypay is a procurement intermediary service. We purchase products from third-party retailers on behalf of users. We are not a financial service, investment platform, or cryptocurrency exchange. No financial returns are promised or implied.
2. Cryptocurrency Risks
Payments are made using cryptocurrency (USDT). The value of cryptocurrency can fluctuate significantly. Users are responsible for understanding and managing the risks associated with holding and transferring digital assets. ComanPay is not responsible for any loss of value due to market fluctuation.
3. Third-Party Retailer Risk
While we exercise due diligence in sourcing products, Conypay cannot guarantee the quality, availability, or accuracy of products listed on third-party retail websites. Issues related to product descriptions, availability, or retailer policies are beyond our direct control.
4. Shipping & Customs Risk
International shipping involves risks including delays, customs inspections, import duties, and occasional loss or damage. Users are responsible for understanding their country's import regulations and any applicable taxes.
5. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including product URLs, shipping addresses, and special instructions. ComanPay is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conypay's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
